What We Improved
NEAL
- API Performance
Optimized the POST/synthetic_accounts endpoint to reduce latency and improve responsiveness. Improved transaction settlement times for better throughput and reliability.
BIN & EDAS
- Standard File Templates
Introduced reusable templates to simplify and standardize the onboarding process for issuing clients. - Generic File Importer
Delivered a configurable ingestion tool to streamline and accelerate file processing. - Data Validation Engine
Implemented a robust validation engine to detect and flag data quality issues early in the onboarding workflow. - Client Onboarding Script
Developed an automated script to reduce manual setup time for new issuing clients.
Newline Dashboard
- VRN Visibility in Transaction Details
VRN data is now displayed directly within the Transaction Details interface, eliminating the need to cross-reference external systems. This enhancement supports faster transaction tracing and simplifies support for workflows.

What We Fixed

- ACH and Wire Returns
Enhanced data mapping and transformation logic to resolve intermittent failures in return payment processing. - Pending Authorizations in CSV Reports
Adjusted the sequencing logic for generating the Pending Authorizations CSV report to ensure only transactions with authorization_pending status are included.
