March '24 updates: Payments & Reporting / MQ guide and Transfer references

This Changelog post details the updates made to the Newline Platform in March, 2024.

Based on feedback from our early adopters, we've updated our Message Queue guides to help (1) experienced users get started quickly and (2) novice users review documentation that helps provide deeper context about the benefits of MQ, the importance of durable topics and subscriptions, and additional examples for easy testing.
To support additional Client Customer relationships, we've added new content (in both our API references and guides) in the Transfers endpoint to identify the Transmitter. The Transmitter is an important field for supporting Clients who work as payment service providers (PSPs).
The Reporting Guide has been enhanced to call out key fields that business can use to help determine liquidity, payment frequency and totals, and identify confirmatory fields for transaction settlement.

These various API reference and guide updates matter because we take Client and Customer feedback seriously when it comes to learnability and knowledge transfer in our documentation. We welcome all feedback on our guides, because our goal is to make any new implementation as easy as possible, and starts with great docs!
