| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| active | The underlying custodial accounts have been opened and the Customer now has access to this Product. |
| created | Newline has received a valid request for Customer onboarding to this Product. |
| initiated | Newline is confirming that the Customer has provided all of the required profile data and PII and has an ‘Active’ status to all prerequisite Products. |
| rejected | The request to onboard onto this Product has been rejected |
| manual review | The Customer's profile data is under manual review. Access to the Product will be granted once the data is approved. |
| verified | The Customer's data profile has been verified and the account provisioning process has begun. Once all of the Customer's accounts are successfully opened, this status will transition to "active". |
