Customer Product Statuses

activeThe underlying custodial accounts have been opened and the Customer now has access to this Product.
createdNewline has received a valid request for Customer onboarding to this Product.
initiatedNewline is confirming that the Customer has provided all of the required profile data and PII and has an ‘Active’ status to all prerequisite Products.
rejectedThe request to onboard onto this Product has been rejected
manual reviewThe Customer's profile data is under manual review. Access to the Product will be granted once the data is approved.
verifiedThe Customer's data profile has been verified and the account provisioning process has begun. Once all of the Customer's accounts are successfully opened, this status will transition to "active".
