Clearing the Sandbox

Newline can easily clear your instance of the Newline Sandbox. This action removes any mocked transactions (either successful or those with triggered error states), returns the pre-configured Synthetic Accounts to their default balances, essentially resetting the Sandbox to its original state. Your Program details and authorization method remains intact and ready for use after we are done. Reach out to your Relationship team to request a cleared Sandbox.
