What is Card Issuing Sponsorship?

Card Issuing Sponsorship allows Program Managers to access payment networks and banking infrastructure. Program Managers are responsible for product development, processing, distribution, sales, marketing, and customer service. The issuing bank oversees compliance with applicable laws and regulations, provides risk management oversight, technical and operational support, and handles settlement and reconciliation processes.
