Data Transmission for Transaction Monitoring and Account Reconciliation

Program Managers transmit flat file reports to facilitate program oversight and reconciliation. These files are loaded through the bank's managed file transfer system and then ingested by a data ingestion system daily. Once loaded, the data is consolidated into a universal data structure. An export process then produces file outputs for monitoring systems (OFAC, SAS, CTR) and reconciliation.

Connecting to the Bank

We utilize a managed file transfer system for secure system-to-system connectivity between us and you. This system supports various data transmission protocols including FTPS, AS2/FTPS, SFTP, FTP over VPN, and Connect Direct. You will utilize this system to send us data files. Your Relationship Manager will work with you to gather the necessary information to get this setup.
