Field Descriptions

BENEFICIALOWNERID: A unique identifier for each beneficial owner. This ID must be 35 characters long.
CUSTOMERIID: The unique identifier for the customer. This ID is optional and can be up to 10 characters long.
BUSINESSID: The unique identifier for the business associated with the customer. This ID must be 35 characters long.
ACCOUNTNO: The account number tied to the business. This ID must be 35 characters long.
THRESHOLD FLAG: Indicates if the beneficial owner has 25% or more ownership. This field is required and can be up to 5 characters long.
FIRST NAME: The first name of the beneficial owner. This field is required and can be up to 50 characters long.
MIDDLE INITIAL NAME: The middle name of the beneficial owner. This field is optional and can be up to 50 characters long.
LAST NAME: The last name of the beneficial owner. This field is required and can be up to 50 characters long.
RESIDENCY STATUS: The residency status of the beneficial owner. Acceptable values are US (US Citizen), RA (Resident Alien), and NA (Non-resident Alien). This field is required and can be up to 4 characters long.
TAX ID: The valid SSN for US-only beneficial holders. This field is required and can be up to 9 characters long.
GOVT ID TYPE: The type of government-issued identification provided by the beneficial owner. This field is required and can be up to 3 characters long.
GOVT ID NUMBER: The government-issued identification value. This field is required and can be up to 20 characters long.
IDENTIFICATION ISSUE DATE: The date when the identification was issued. This field is optional and formatted as YYYYMMDD.
IDENTIFICATION EXPIRATION DATE: The date when the identification expires. This field is optional and formatted as YYYYMMDD.
DATE OF BIRTH: The date of birth of the beneficial owner. This field is required and formatted as YYYYMMDD.
TITLE: The position at the business (e.g., CEO, CFO, Fund Lead, President). This field is required for control persons and can be up to 50 characters long.
ROLES: The roles of the beneficial owner. Required roles include BO (beneficial owner) and CP (control person). Optional roles include NAP (Natural Authorized Person). If more than one role, separate each role with a semi-colon. This field is required and can be up to 100 characters long.
OCCUPATION: The occupation of the beneficial owner. This field is required and can be up to 100 characters long.
OWNERSHIP PERCENTAGE: The percentage of ownership at the business. This field is required and must be a whole number between 0 and 100.
FOREIGN SENIOR POLITICAL FIGURE: Indicates if the person is a political figure. This field is required and can be up to 5 characters long, with acceptable values being "True" or "False".
FOREIGN POLITICALLY EXPOSED PERSON: Indicates if the person is politically exposed. This field is required and can be up to 5 characters long, with acceptable values being "True" or "False".
ADDRESS LINE 1: The valid address line 1 of the beneficial owner. This field is required and can be up to 100 characters long. PO BOX addresses and special characters are not allowed.
ADDRESS LINE 2: Additional address information for the beneficial owner. This field is optional and can be up to 100 characters long.
CITY: The city of the beneficial owner. This field is required and can be up to 50 characters long. Numeric values and special characters are not allowed.
STATE: The state of the beneficial owner. This field is required for US addresses and can be up to 2 characters long. Numeric values and special characters are not allowed.
ZIP CODE: The postal code of the beneficial owner. This field is required for US addresses and can be up to 10 characters long. It must be numeric.
COUNTRY CODE: The country code of the beneficial owner. This field is required and must use the ISO 3166-1 Alpha
